Adara Romanoff (pronouns: she/they) is our teacher in all three age groups. They are the lead teacher for the 2s and 3s class (called the “Seeds”). They have worked as lead camp counselor in our summer program and helped set up our #Optoutside program. Adara is a “graduate” of the Takoma Park Cooperative Nursery School and holds a Child Development Associate certification.

They form close connections with the children, supporting them over the years as they grow. The children learn about the neighborhood’s nooks and crannies. They teach the children how to walk to and from destinations. They know her as Ada and look forward to seeing them each day.
